Στοργική ανησυχία για την υγεία των Αμερικανών, ή μήπως Codex Alimentarius, πλήρης έλεγχος του τι φυτεύουμε και καταναλώνουμε;

Jail time for selling raw milk is greater than jail time for raping children
‘I figured he’d be fired, go to jail, and she would be vindicated…’
Per The Associated Press:
The judge drew outrage last month over the sentence’s leniency and comments he made that appeared to pin some of the blame on Moralez.
State prosecutors are appealing the sentence, saying Rambold should have received a minimum of two years. But barring new offenses, the former teacher has served his time and will stay out of prison pending the appeal.
The AP said Rambold is expected to return to Billings and has been registered as a level 1 sex offender, which means essentially that he is considered to be a low risk to re-offend. He remains on probation through 2028, unless, of course, the original sentence is overruled.
The victim’s mother, Auliea Hanlon, told the AP that Rambold’s release demonstrates he’s «still skating» justice some six years after being arrested for committing his crime. As she spoke to the wire service, she cried while recounting emotions «that have at times overwhelmed her since a church counselor in whom Moralez confided first told Hanlon about the rape,» the AP reported.
The girl victim committed suicide in 2010, before Rambold even went to trial.
«I figured he’d be fired, go to jail, and she would be vindicated, and that would be the end of it,» Hanlon said Wednesday. «Instead, here it is six years later, still going on, and he’s getting out…. He’s still skating.»
The aggrieved mother said Rambold’s act was a major factor in her daughter’s suicide.
More from the AP:
Under the terms of his release, Rambold must undergo treatment as a sex offender, is barred from unsupervised visits with anyone under the age of 18 and cannot return to teaching or take any other job that involves overseeing children.
But he’s still alive. And free.
And then there’s the ‘raw milk’ guy
Compare that to the case of James Stewart, persecuted in California for the major «crime» of – wait for it – distributing unpasteurized milk.
In July, Stewart was arrested by authorities and tossed into a Ventura County jail, where he remained for nearly two months.
At the time of the arrest, California attorney Ajna Sharma-Wilson, part of Stewart’s legal team, described her client as «being treated like a political prisoner.»
«Every move he’s making is being scrutinized. I’ve visited jails hundreds of times, I’ve never been treated like that. There’s something going on,» she told Natural News’ founder and editor, Mike Adams, the Health Ranger. «They want to take down James and they’re doing everything possible from every angle. The entire Ventura County case is about character assassination to make James look like a criminal.»
Adams also reported:
…[B]oth Ventura County and L.A. County are waging a vicious persecution campaign against Stewart, and we have learned this is because the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has ordered state authorities to prosecute James in order to «set an example» so that no one else across the country even considers selling raw milk.
Step out of line, pay the price. Rape a 14-year-old girl who later commits suicide because of the act – skate.
Yeah, that’s justice alright.
